Guar Meal (Churi)

It is the hull part of the guar seed which is split from the seed. The hull is grounded and then roasted in natural ways without the addition of any chemicals. It is low in lignin which is good for ruminants and high in protein, dietary fiber and energy that makes it perfect to be used in animal feed. It is available in powder form and its protein content is 38%-40%

Extra Clean Guar Meal (Churi)

The regular Guar meal churl undergoes treatment and sterilization and its nutritional value is raised. It is also a good source of carbohydrates and amino acids. Increased protein and digestiblity.

SUPER GUAR MEAL

Super nutritional value with 97% of digestibility, Guar meal churl undergoes treatment and sterilization and its nutritional value is raised. It is also a good source of carbohydrates and amino acids. Yellowish powder form appearance

GUAR KORMA MEAL

It is basically the germ part of the guar seed and is obtained after the guar gum is extracted from the seeds. It is a potential source of protein and carbohydrates with sufficient amount of amino acids. Therefore it is recommended to be given to milking animals. This enhances in the production of more milk as well as more percentage of fat in the milk.

The regular guar korma is further processed to increase its nutritional value

Further to increase its digestibility Guar korma is toasted to make it palatable and more nutritious. The roasted Guar korma is free of anti-nutritive elements, such as antitrypsin inhibitor.

This inhibitor limits the formation of trypsin which is an essential enzyme for nutrition. Therefore the Guar korma is heated at high temperature which breaks the cell walls and enhances the protein and amino acids digestibility in the product.

Excellent replacement for Soybean Meal, with highest protein value and lower cost advantage

GUARNIC™ – ORGANIC GUAR GUM

Rama is leader in Manufacturing of Organic guar gum powder in India. We have come a long way in its creation and production as our certified organic guar gum RAMA with its rigorous R&D, Rama believes in

“BINDING RELATIONS THROUGH INGREDIENTS”

GUARNIC™-ORGANIC GUAR GUM is a versatile product that has various commercially useful properties for food processing, thus making it readily adaptable to many food applications. Keeping our promise of quality, we maintain the purity of our product at every stage. At the cropping time of the seed, we ensure no use of synthetic pesticides, careful raw material selection, and plant sanitation with superheated steam at the time of manufacturing and finished goods are stored in designated warehouses for further shipment.

Organic guar gum is a safe supplement that is made from the seeds of the guar plant. It is an exceptionally fine thickener and stabilizer, and the vast majority of the world’s processed foods contain guar gum in one form or another.

It is found in many foods ranging from frozen pizza to ice cream, and its water-binding properties ensure stabilization in frozen products. It also enhances sauces, beverages, meats, egg white substitutes and baked goods. Guar gum is beneficial to the pharmaceutical, paper, textile, explosive, oil well drilling and cosmetics industries as well.

Psyllium seeds is an agri-farm product of dried ripe seeds of plantago ovata forks (farm. Plantaginancae) and it has been cleaned free for all dust, agri farm fibers, wastes, mud, stones and iron particles.

The seed itself is made up of 40% Linoleic Acid (LA), an important fatty acid essential to health. Seed has property of mucilage formation on extraction of moisture. Psyllium seeds are cooling, laxative, soothing, antiacidic, anti diuretic and demulcent.

HS CODE: 12119013
Psyllium Husk:

HS CODE: 12119032

The husk of Psyllium is the actual coating of mucilage around the seed. It is considered pure dietary fiber and is the only part of the plant used in manufacturing Psyllium products.

Its nutritional value consists mainly of glycosides, proteins, polysaccharides, vitamin B1, and choline. Fiber content of over 80% compared to less than 15% for oat bran and 10% for wheat bran.

The husk is composed mostly of a fiber called hemicellulose which is a complex carbohydrate found in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Hemicellulose is indigestible however, it is partially broken down in the colon and feeds the friendly intestinal flora.

Psyllium Husk is separated from the seeds by a mechanical process where no Chemicals are used. Psyllium Husk is available mostly in four grade of purity i.e. 99% pure, 98% pure, 95% pure and 85% pure.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek (scientific name Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a plant native to Western Asia and the Mediterranean. It has three green or yellow oblong leaves, which can be consumed fresh or dried.

Fenugreek leaves and seeds are important for cooking and medicines. Fenugreek seeds, also known as methi seeds, are a common ingredient in Indian curries, as well as Turkish, Persian, Eritrean, Ethiopian, and Egyptian cuisine. Because of their sweet, maple-syrup like smell and flavor, fenugreek seeds are also added to artificial maple syrup, candies, ice cream, beverages, tobacco, soaps, and cosmetics.

While people use fenugreek seeds in a wide array of products today, they have also been consuming them for thousands of years. Archaeologists have discovered cooked fenugreek seeds in Iraq dating back to 4,000 BC!

Not only do fenugreek seeds taste good, but they have several health benefits. Let’s take a closer look at the composition of fenugreek or methi seeds to figure out why they work as an effective herbal supplement.

Rama Gum’s Annual production capacity for manufacturing fenugreek gum is 4000MT

Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds are ground and roasted and used to flavor to curry. The seeds are also soaked and then powdered and used to make lip balm and tonic.

The seeds can be used to make tea, which can reduce fever and menstrual pains, or they can be used in an ointment to treat skin infections.

Ground seeds are often used to give a maple flavor to sweets and candies. Ground seeds are also used to flavor cattle food, including different vegetable meals and hays.

Type of quality we have in Fenugreek seed:-

  • 2) Fenugreek seed clean and sortex (bold)

Tablet Preparation

The enlargement action of guar gum, in turn, is controlled by the rate of water uptake into the matrices. An inverse relationship is present between the drug concentration in the gel and matrix enlargement. This means that guar gum swelling is one of the factors affecting drug release. The swelling behavior of guar gum is therefore useful in expecting drug release.
